Your personal information may be used to cross-check the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) exclusion register, however information will not be stored on this register unless Jindabyne getaways has cause to register you as an excluded guest due to a breach of the terms and conditions.

If you do not provide us with the Personal Information described above, some or all of the following may happen, we may not be able to provide our services to you, either to the same standard or at all; or we may not be able to provide you with information about services that you may want, including information about new properties that are available for holiday letting.
